Graece Α᾿νθολόγιον, nomen libri apud Graecos Ecclesiasticis qui primo sui ortu tenuis, nec magnae aestimationis, subinde notus accessionibus auctus, tandem in immensum excrevit. Titulus est, Α᾿νθολόγιον τοῦ ὅλου ενναυτοῦ, περιέχον τινας καὶ ἑζέρας ἀναγκαίας ἀκολουθίας τε, καὶ ἑρμηείας, οὐκ ὑπαρχούϚας εν τοῖς προτυπωθεῖσιν Α᾿νθολογίοις. Florilegium totius anni, continens et alia quaedam necessaria officia, et interpretationes, quae in prioribus Florilegiis desiderabantur. Eo tamen potissimum continentur officia, quae per annum in Domini nostri Iesu Christi, Beatae Virginis, et reliquorum celebrium Sanctorum sollennitatibus decantantur. Sequuntur officia, quae communia dici solent in unum vel plutes Prophetas, Apostolos, Martyres, Pontifices, Confessores et alios. Tum demum multa ex Paracletice hausta ingeruntur: et omnium postrema adnectitur Paschalium triginta duorum annorum. Leo Allatius de Libris Eccles. Graec.
